Zight connects the right individuals with the right companies and helps them save time, effort and money. We employ and refer e.g. licensed opticians, in-store personnel, and specialists to eyewear retailers, eye clinics, ophthalmologists, and eyewear product manufacturers in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Morten has over 20 years of experience in retail, eye care-, and the optics industry. Morten has worked several years in various management teams and is also a trained and licensed optometrist. In addition to this, Morten offers a large experience within sales and efficient store operation management, and a wide knowledge of the Scandinavian market.

Jacob Poulsen

Economy & Business development

With a background within economy and finance, Jacob has a deep insight into most aspects of retail economy. Jacob offers a strong commercial and analytical understanding, always striving for new optimisations and is known for his ability to find solutions.

With wide experience from various types of industries - among these the optics industry, Jacob is highly knowledgeable in the fields of sales, economy and business development.

Adeline Fredriksson

Office
Adeline has several years of experience in customer service. Adeline has worked within a fast-paced restaurant environment, but also as sales and customer advisor in the optics industry.
As “office support”, Adeline manages intern services and works closely with our multiple business partners as well. Adeline supports, coordinates and ensures all actions are running efficiently.
Besides this, Adeline takes lessons in law.

Helle has a solid background within HR and psychology and over 15 years of experience in professional Search & Selection. Helle has solved countless cases at the operational, tactical and strategic levels, and offers a deep insight into the recruitment and hiring processes. Furthermore, Helle possess a large and valuable network.

Training & Performance Development

Jonas is a specialist in the field of education, training and development. Jonas has gained extensive and valuable experience from the many different project he has managed. As a result, he is able to asses a situation quickly and make recommendations for the process needed in order for the clients to attain their goals.
